Alec Sparks’ approach with every valued customer is deeply rooted in a Three-Pronged methodology; Paradigms, Path, and Psychology. While you may leave us your dog for one week or six months, you will be an integral part of its training; with continuous updates, phone conversations, and sharing of ideas.
You will consider challenging what you once knew or once heard; for things may not be as we collectively once thought. While borrowing from the past, Alec makes sound recommendations to not be blindly obedient to ways of yesterday.
As surprising as it may sound, Alec empowers his customers to determine the path they’d like to pursue. This decision stems from critical points being discussed from different perspectives. It is truly remarkable how no two paths in the last 30 years have been the same; as all paths are individualized and altered along the way. More importantly, the strong belief that time limits or deadlines should never be a part of your training equation is empowering customers even more.
How you personally operate in your newly found paradigms will only affect the outcomes. Such behaviors as being proactive under a “What If?” scenario rather than reacting to a ”What Now?” situation are key to achieving your Targeted Learning Objectives.
At the core of Snowbound’s Psychology element is your very own psychology and outlook.
Remember, training YOU will be as much a priority as training your dog.
